Working as part of a project team, Career Coaches will support newly arrived Afghan evacuees to navigate skills recognition, educational and career pathways to rapidly enter the Australian labour market and develop a viable career plan.
Multiple positions in multiple locations
The Mentor Coordinator is part of a project working with newly arrived Afghan evacuees to navigate skills recognition, educational pathways and career pathways to quickly secure a suitable entry into the Australian labour market through a coaching, mentorship and career development model. The Mentor Coordinator is responsible for identifying, onboarding, supporting and matching industry specific mentors with program participants.
Based in Sydney or Melbourne
The Kaiārahi - Cultural Advisor Māori is responsible for supporting the development of working relationships with relevant communities and ensuring that all HOST service provision in New Zealand is provided with cultural considerations. Reporting directly to the National Program Manager, the role includes wider community engagement, support for tangata whenua and Māori providers engaging in the refugee resettlement, and cultural training and advice for staff and sector partners.
Team Leaders are responsible for operational management, stakeholder engagement, and leadership of a new program. The program works with newly arrived Afghan evacuees to navigate skills recognition, education, and career pathways to quickly secure a suitable entry into the Australian labour market through a coaching, mentorship and a career development model.

The Community Sponsorship Coach is responsible for working with approved and prospective sponsor groups throughout Aotearoa New Zealand to ensure that refugees who are settled in NZ under the community sponsorship program are effectively integrated and supported throughout their first two years of settlement.
Based in Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch
The Program Support is responsible for providing administrative program support to the Community Refugee Sponsorship Umbrella Organisation (CORS UA) program and for supporting general office operations for HOST Aotearoa New Zealand. The position provides high-level program support to ensure the effective implementation of the CORS UA project including administration of an online information hub website, managing stakeholder enquiries, and supporting online training administration.
