HR Coordinator

The HR Co-ordinator will be a part of the Quality & Governance Department and report directly to the Quality Assurance and Contracts Manager in working towards a positive, productive and legally compliant work environment.

 

The role will drive all aspects of the employment lifecycle, and will adhere and promote Work, Health & Safety practices, and provide advice on Industrial Relations matters.

The Kaiārahi - Cultural Advisor Māori is responsible for supporting the development of working relationships with relevant communities and ensuring that all HOST service provision in New Zealand is provided with cultural considerations. Reporting directly to the National Program Manager, the role includes wider community engagement, support for tangata whenua and Māori providers engaging in the refugee resettlement, and cultural training and advice for staff and sector partners.

The Community Sponsorship Coach is responsible for working with approved and prospective sponsor groups throughout Aotearoa New Zealand to ensure that refugees who are settled in NZ under the community sponsorship program are effectively integrated and supported throughout their first two years of settlement. Reporting directly to the National Program Manager, the position will work within a coaching framework to provide a key contact point and guide for prospective and approved community sponsor groups throughout NZ and ensure a whole of community approach to refugee settlement that is aligned with Treaty principles.
