COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT SUPERVISOR, MALAYSIA

The Community Engagement Supervisor is responsible for supervising the work of community focal points (CFPs) on delivery of community-based child protection services; building capacity of the CFPs on child protection related issues; and supporting the child protection case management team in delivery of services. Reporting directly to the Country Manager, also includes wider community engagement and engaging with service providers and community-based organisations.

Child Protection Case Manager, Malaysia 

The Child Protection Case Manager is responsible for supporting the child protection team in delivery of child protection case management support for refugee children at risk in line with HOST's case management framework.

 

Reporting directly to the Child Protection Coordinator and the Country Manager, the role also includes wider community engagement and engaging with service providers.

Child Protection Case Manager (BID), Malaysia 

The Child Protection Case Manager is responsible for supporting the child protection team in conducting Best Interest Determinations (BIDs) and Best Interest Assessments (BIA) for refugee children for resettlement purposes; and supporting child protection case management team in delivery of services.

 

Reporting directly to the Child Protection Coordinator and the Country Manager, the role also includes wider community engagement and engaging with service providers.

HR Coordinator

The HR Co-ordinator will be a part of the Quality & Governance Department and report directly to the Quality Assurance and Contracts Manager in working towards a positive, productive and legally compliant work environment.

 

The role will drive all aspects of the employment lifecycle, and will adhere and promote Work, Health & Safety practices, and provide advice on Industrial Relations matters.

The Kaiārahi - Cultural Advisor Māori is responsible for supporting the development of working relationships with relevant communities and ensuring that all HOST service provision in New Zealand is provided with cultural considerations. Reporting directly to the National Program Manager, the role includes wider community engagement, support for tangata whenua and Māori providers engaging in the refugee resettlement, and cultural training and advice for staff and sector partners.
