The Kaiārahi - Cultural Advisor Māori is responsible for supporting the development of working relationships with relevant communities and ensuring that all HOST service provision in New Zealand is provided with cultural considerations. Reporting directly to the National Program Manager, the role includes wider community engagement, support for tangata whenua and Māori providers engaging in the refugee resettlement, and cultural training and advice for staff and sector partners.

Project Support – Student Placement (Business and Development)

The Business and Development Intern for REBIRTH will support the social enterprise’s efforts to grow its business and develop its programs with refugees under the supervision of the Livelihoods Officer and Country Manager. The intern will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, market research, and revenue growth strategies.

Financial accountant

The Financial Accountant will be responsible for leading the efficient and competent financial systems and record keeping for HOST International and its subsidiary entities through a shared services operating model. The position will coordinate and oversee all financial record keeping, reporting and financial control mechanisms with support from contracted bookkeepers for accounts payable and meeting multijurisdictional requirements. 

The position will be part of a team of shared business services supporting the efficiency and integrity of all of HOST’s International and local operations. This position is best suited for someone who values attention to detail, collaborative teamwork and creative problem solving.

Western Sydney, Australia location preferred. Flexible hybrid working arrangements negotiable. May consider alternate locations.
